Made to order

Nothing is held in stock. Every piece is made when you order it, which is what keeps the quality consistent, and it is why the timings below start with production rather than dispatch.

Prints up to 16 × 16 in ship on demand — allow 7–10 days from order to delivery. If a print does not meet standard during production it is reprinted, which can add a little time.

Prints 16 × 20 and larger, and every framed canvas, are made to order — allow 2-4 weeks. These are not run off a shelf file: the work is prepared for the size it is going to be printed at, and that takes the time it takes.

Shipping and costs

Standard delivery is free on everything, and there is no faster option to buy: every piece is made when it is ordered, so the wait is mostly production rather than carriage. The time given covers both, counted from when you order.

Orders travel by UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Prints ship rolled in a rigid tube unless the piece says otherwise. Framed canvases ship stretched, framed and crated.

Where we ship

The United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and military addresses. If you are outside it and want a piece, write to [email protected] — we arrange those by hand rather than through the cart, so the shipping can be quoted properly before you commit to anything.

Tracking

A confirmation goes out as soon as you order, and tracking follows when the work ships.

If it arrives damaged or wrong

Tell us within 14 days of delivery, at [email protected], with photographs of the work and of the packaging it came in. The packaging matters — carriers require it for a claim.

If the work was damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, or is faulty, we will remake and reship it at our cost. If we cannot, you get a full refund including shipping. No return is needed unless we ask for one, and if we do, we pay for it.

Changing your mind

Because each print is made for you, we cannot take back a print that is simply not wanted, and open edition prints are not returnable for change of mind.

If you have ordered and immediately realised something is wrong, write to us straight away. If production has not started we will change or cancel it.

If your local consumer law gives you a right to cancel that applies despite the work being made to order, that right stands — nothing here removes it. Write to us and we will honour it.

Framed canvases

Bought from the cart the same way the prints are. Because each one is built for you, a canvas cannot be returned for a change of mind — the terms above on damage, faults and lost parcels apply to canvases exactly as they do to prints.

Lost in transit

If tracking stops moving for more than seven business days, tell us. We will open a claim with the carrier and keep you posted. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we remake and reship at our cost.
